We aim to deliver within 1-3 working days. In 2023 98% of orders were received within 3 days.

Do the products come with warranty?
Rest assured, all our products have a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years! Most items will have the length of warranty in the description, but if it isn't visible and you would like to know, please contact us.
Is there tracking on my order?
All of our orders are sent via trusted couriers that will provide tracking. Please ensure that your correct email and phone number are entered to ensure that you receive the tracking details.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
We ship worldwide! Please email us with what you would like to order so we can provide you with a quote and remove VAT if necessary. A shipping quote will also be provided with the quote.
What courier will deliver my parcel?
We use DPD for parcels delivered within the UK. For international deliveries, we normally use FedEx or DHL.
