The HELLA Black Magic Tough Pro 9" is HELLA's flagship double-row LED driving light, engineered to deliver exceptional long-range illumination, premium styling and uncompromising durability. Available with a choice of black or white housing, the Tough Pro allows you to match your vehicle's styling while delivering the same outstanding lighting performance. It is also available with an integrated ECE R65 Class 2 amber warning flasher, making it an ideal solution for utility, recovery and highway maintenance vehicles that require both auxiliary lighting and legal warning functionality.
Producing up to 2,477 effective lumens in High-Boost mode (or 3,324 effective lumens on the R65 flasher version), the Tough Pro projects light up to 410 metres (447 metres on the R65 version) at 1 lux, providing outstanding forward visibility on dark roads, construction sites and challenging off-road terrain. HELLA's precision-engineered double-row reflector system delivers an impressive combination of distance and beam width, helping reduce driver fatigue while improving safety.
Every Tough Pro features HELLA's distinctive dual-colour LED position light, allowing you to switch between ECE-approved white for road use or amber for off-road applications. Integrated welcome and goodbye lighting animations provide a premium OEM appearance, while the optional R65 warning flasher adds highly visible amber warning capability for roadside operations.
Constructed from a black anodised aluminium housing with an impact-resistant polycarbonate lens, the Tough Pro is built to withstand the harshest working environments. Rated IP68 and IP69K, it is protected against dust, water immersion and high-pressure washing. Fully compliant with ECE R10, R148 and R149, and CISPR 25 Class 3 EMC, the Tough Pro delivers dependable performance on both 12V and 24V vehicles.
Each lamp is supplied with a 1.5 metre cable and DEUTSCH connector for straightforward professional installation.
