Powered by HELLA's advanced High-Boost technology, the 21-inch Double Row Tough Pro produces up to 8930 effective lumens in High-Boost mode. The precision-engineered reflector system creates an exceptional combination of long-distance reach and wide foreground illumination, helping reduce driver fatigue while improving visibility in the most demanding conditions.

Every model features HELLA's distinctive dual-colour LED position light, allowing you to switch between ECE-approved white for road use and amber for off-road applications. Multiple selectable position light signatures, together with Welcome and Goodbye lighting animations, give the Tough Pro a premium OEM appearance. The R65 model adds an integrated amber warning flasher without compromising the driving beam performance.

Manufactured using a black electrophoretically coated aluminium housing (or passivated white housing on the White Edition) with a crystal-clear polycarbonate lens, the Tough Pro is built to perform in the harshest environments. Rated IP68 and IP69K, it offers outstanding protection against dust, water ingress and high-pressure cleaning. The range complies with ECE R10, R148 and R149, while the warning flasher version also meets ECE R65 Class 2 approval.

Operating on 10–30V DC, the Tough Pro is suitable for both 12V and 24V vehicles and is supplied with a 1.5 metre cable and ATP/DEUTSCH-style connector for professional installation.
