The Hella Black Magic Tough Pro 11" LED Lightbar With Dual Colour Position Light  is a premium auxiliary driving light engineered to provide exceptional long-range illumination, advanced lighting technology and uncompromising durability. Designed for commercial vehicles, recovery operators, emergency support vehicles, agricultural machinery and serious off-road enthusiasts, it combines powerful driving performance with HELLA's signature styling and OEM-quality reliability.

This product is available in two versions. The standard model (1FG 358 550-031) offers a high-performance driving beam with dual-colour position lighting, while the R65 version (1FG 358 550-041) adds a fully integrated ECE R65 Class 2 amber warning flasher, making it ideal for recovery vehicles, utility fleets, highways maintenance and roadside assistance vehicles. Both versions share identical driving beam performance and construction, allowing you to choose the model that best suits your application.

Powered by HELLA's latest Black Magic Tough Pro technology, the 11-inch light delivers up to 3,324 effective lumens in High-Boost mode from its precision-engineered double-row optics. The beam reaches 447 metres at 1 lux, providing outstanding long-distance visibility while maintaining excellent foreground illumination for safer driving in challenging conditions.

Every Tough Pro features HELLA's distinctive dual-colour LED position light, allowing you to select either ECE-approved white for road use or amber for off-road applications. Multiple lighting signatures, including "O", "U" and inverted "U" position light patterns, together with welcome and goodbye animations, create a modern OEM appearance unlike conventional auxiliary lamps.

Manufactured with a black anodised aluminium housing and impact-resistant polycarbonate lens, the Tough Pro is built to withstand the harshest environments. Rated to IP68 and IP69K, it is fully protected against dust, water ingress and high-pressure washing. The light also complies with ECE R10, R148 and R149, while the flasher version additionally meets ECE R65 Class 2 requirements for legal amber warning operation. Both versions meet CISPR 25 Class 3 EMC standards for reliable performance on modern vehicles.

Suitable for 12V and 24V electrical systems, each light is supplied with a 1.5 metre cable and DEUTSCH connector for quick and professional installation.
