UK Shipping

Here at  Beaconsandlightbars.co.uk, we offer Free Shipping on all UK mainland orders over £80 ex VAT.

  • Free delivery on orders over £80.00 ex VAT (UK mainland only)
  • Shipping for orders under £80.00 ex vat is £8.00 ex vat (UK mainland only) 
  • For special or timed delivery services to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Ireland please contact us
  • Orders over £80 will be ship free
  • Extra shipping charges may be required for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, N. Ireland, and highlands of Scotland - Please call 01527576193
  • Covid-19 Update:  ​​​​​​Some Lightbars will need to be made, so there may be a delay in delivery of up to 4 working days, bespoke lightbars can be up to 14 working days

Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 2.00 pm, the next working day will be considered the first working day. In the case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.

We aim to deliver within 3- 5 working days but in truth up to 98% of orders are received within 3 days (Due to high order volumes, please allow double during sale periods). We will attempt to telephone or email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Specialized or bespoke orders will take around 7-10 working days

How we Deliver
All orders are dispatched using either DHL, DPD or Royal Mail. The Majority of orders are delivered via DHL or DPD with Zone C or D postcodes being shipped with Royal Mail.

EU Shipping - Free shipping on all orders over £80 DOES NOT apply

Please Note: Non-payment of Taxes and Duties which result in the package getting returned: The parcel will not be resent but refunded minus our shipping cost which will include the return costs and charges

The website will add £25 as a standard EU cost but the cost can be greater depending on weight size and country,  please call to confirm the cost 


We can ship directly to any destination within the EU. VAT will be charged at our current local rate as shown throughout our site

For EU VAT-registered companies, we can refund the VAT cost as long as you follow the correct guidelines:

Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. The total cost of your order will be the full price of the products and services you ordered, which will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover a mistake in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, Delta, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron. Payment is deducted when we process/despatch your order. All orders from Beaconsandlightbars.co.uk will include VAT @ 20%


Beaconsandlightbars.co.uk will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported, and the information given will be passed over to relevant authorities. [Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.]

We do everything possible to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for deliveries to the Scottish islands.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure you receive your order in pristine condition. Suppose you do not receive all your products ordered. Please e-mail us at 
sales@Beaconsandlightbars.co.uk or telephone +44 01527576193. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact sales@beaconsandlightbars.co.uk immediately.

Shipments to Site Offices, building Sites, etc
We can ship direct to sites but Beacons and Lightbars will not be held responsible for the parcel not receiving the contact or if the parcel goes missing, we will do are upmost to locate the parcel. Still, the responsibility will be down to the purchaser.
Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel your purchase at any time, either before or up to 14 days after delivery or 30 days from date of invoice, by Returning the product to Beaconsandlightbars by E-mailing us at  sales@Beaconsandlightbars.co.uk or Phoning us on +44 01527576193 - please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand; It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. 

We do not operate a try before you buy policy; if you wish to return goods which are not faulty, You will receive a refund, excluding postage and packaging cost; non stock items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the cancellation is free of charge provided you return the product complete, unused and packaging undamaged and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way.  All goods must be returned via recorded delivery; if you choose another method of return, you must bear the costs. Any product returned damaged will be returned at your cost and a refund will not be granted. Please note. Bespoke or special order requirements can not be returned.

Return of Faulty Goods
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:

In otherwise “as new” condition; and In addition to your statutory rights, if you wish to return goods outside of the 7 days cancellation period, we operate a 14-day faulty returns period.

Goods found to be defective within 14 days can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or despatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned and tested. Any items returned to us without a Returns number will be returned to you at your expense. All goods returned as faulty will be fully tested by our returns department to confirm that they are faulty, in the event that the item is not faulty it will be returned at you expense. All goods must be returned via recorded delivery, If you choose another method of return, you must bear the costs. Any product returned damaged will be returned at your cost and a refund will not be granted.

We cannot accept returns and therefore may be unable to refund you if you have:

  • Damaged an item including trying to fit it before you decide you no longer want the item.
  • Ordered a Made to Order product or special order. (A refund for a faulty Made to Order purchase will be dependent on a manufacturer inspection).
  • Exceeded the 28-day return limit, and the goods were not reported as faulty upon receipt.
